Blackfire

Historia

Blackfire es una banda punk formada en 1989 en Kayenta (Arizona, Estados Unidos). El grupo está compuesto por tres hermanos (dos hermanos y una hermana) indígenas de la nación Navajo. Se caracterizan por mezclar el punk rock con sus tradiciones nativo americanas. Sus canciones contienen fuertes mensajes sociopolíticos sobre la opresión del gobierno, la reubicación de indígenas, el ecocidio, el genocidio, la violencia doméstica y los derechos humanos.
